Mike Eisenhart serves as commercial lead. He is a founding partner of Pro-Activity with nearly 25 years of industry experience leading its employer based Prevention and Health Promotion business.

Nick Pfaff serves as technical lead with a background in electrical and computer engineering from Cornell University. He brings 17 years of experience working in Pro-Activity's Prevention and Health Promotion business building data analytics systems as part of their data driven approach to population health management and injury/disease prevention.

Perry Brubaker functions as the clinical lead. Traditionally trained as a physical therapist, Perry brings clinical expertise and meaning to the data for users, health professionals and health organizations.
